Creatiq AI Solutions is a Kuala Lumpur company with one obsession: the enquiries businesses pay for and then lose — the WhatsApp message at 10pm, the quote nobody followed up, the stock question that went unanswered. We build AI that catches them.
Why we exist
Malaysian businesses spend real money on Facebook and Instagram ads, and then answer the resulting WhatsApp enquiries whenever someone has a free hand. The maths never works: the customer who messaged three shops buys from the one that replied first. The ad money that generated the other two conversations is simply gone.
Most software answers this with another dashboard the owner has no time to learn, or a DIY chatbot that confidently invents prices. We took a different route: an AI that works like a competent employee — it reads your real price list and stock, replies in seconds in the customer's language, follows up the quiet ones, and prepares the paperwork. And like a good employee, it asks the boss before anything is sent.
That principle — the AI drafts, you approve — is why our customers trust it on their own WhatsApp numbers, with their own customers, from day one.

Creatiq AI Solutions is founded and run by Keane Chai with co-founders Sean Lee and Teh Ming Shun. The founders design the products, run the demos and onboard every business personally.
