AI Agents

AI agents that finish the job, then ask you

A chatbot answers a question. An AI agent takes the next step: it checks the stock, prepares the quotation, books the slot, chases the lead who went quiet. The useful kind does all of that and still asks the owner before anything important leaves the building.

The AI drafts, you approve — nothing reaches a customer without your tap.

In practice

Answers the enquiry

Replies in seconds in the customer's language, from the prices, packages and stock you approved.

Qualifies the lead

Asks what a good salesperson would ask — what, when, how many, what budget — and summarises it for you.

Prepares the paperwork

Drafts the quotation or the LHDN-validated e-invoice from the conversation, ready for your approval.

Follows up

Goes back to the customers who were quoted and went quiet, and tells you when one turns warm.

Guardrails

The risk with AI agents is not that they cannot act. It is that they can. An agent free to send prices, issue invoices or promise delivery dates on its own will eventually do one of those things wrong, at scale, in your name.

Ours works under three limits. It reads prices and stock from records you control and cannot make them up. Anything that moves money or commits the business is drafted and waits for a person with the right permission. And every action is logged, so you can always see what it did and why.

Straight answers

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses AI to complete tasks, not only to answer questions. Given a goal such as handling a customer enquiry, it can look up data, take steps in order — reply, qualify, draft a quotation, follow up — and hand over to a human when a decision is needed.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot replies to messages. An AI agent acts on them: it uses your business data and carries out the steps that follow the conversation, such as preparing a quote or booking an appointment. Every AI agent can chat, but most chatbots cannot act.

Is it safe to let an AI agent deal with my customers?

It is safe when the agent has limits. 2ndU answers only from information you approved, escalates what it does not know, and cannot send a quotation, invoice or payment request without a human approving it. Every action is logged.

Do I need developers to use AI agents?

No. We set the agent up on your price list and common questions, and you run it by approving drafts. Larger companies with their own IT teams can connect it to other systems through the API, but that is optional.
