This Privacy Policy explains how Creatiq AI Solutions (“Creatiq AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us, including via WhatsApp.
2. Personal data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data — your name, business name and type, WhatsApp/phone number, and the tools your business currently uses, when you submit our demo form or message us on WhatsApp.
- Communications — the content of messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp or other channels.
- Technical data — basic usage information such as pages visited and device/browser type, where analytics are enabled.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange product demonstrations.
- To provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
- To send you information about our products where you have agreed to receive it.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business data to train models for other customers.
4. WhatsApp
Our primary contact channel is WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Our demo form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; nothing is transmitted to us until you press Send.
5. Disclosure
We may share personal data with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting and communications providers) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law or a regulator. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Security and retention
We take practical steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access and correct your personal data, to withdraw consent to its processing, and to limit processing for direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp and we will respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA.
