For Retail & Online Sellers

“Ada stock?” — answered before they ask the next shop

Retail WhatsApp is a stream of stock checks, price checks and half-finished orders. 2ndU answers from your live inventory, takes the order in the chat, and follows up the buyers who went quiet — without you touching the phone.

The AI drafts, you approve — nothing reaches a customer without your tap.

Sound familiar?

The pattern is the same in every business we onboard — the enquiries you never saw are the sales you never made.

Stock questions all day long

“Ada stock size M?” “Berapa harga?” “Boleh COD?” — the same three questions, dozens of times a day, each one a sale if answered fast and a lost customer if not.

Orders die halfway

They asked, you answered, they went quiet. Nobody follows up, and the almost-order is buried under two hundred newer chats by Friday.

One phone, many hands

Two staff sharing one WhatsApp means missed messages, double replies and no record of who promised what to which customer.

What 2ndU handles

Prices and stock come from records you control. Anything involving money waits for your approval. Every action is logged.

Stock answers from live inventory

Connected to your stock records, it answers availability and price from what's actually on the shelf — and stops promising items that ran out this morning.

Orders taken inside the chat

Item, variant, quantity, delivery address — collected in the conversation. The order and its invoice are drafted for your approval, then everything is logged against one customer record.

Quiet buyers get a nudge

Asked about a product but never ordered? It follows up once, politely, at a human pace — the follow-up you'd do yourself if you had the time.

Every promise on the record

One customer record across all your staff. Who was quoted what, who was promised delivery when — visible, searchable, and not lost in someone's phone.

Straight answers

Does it connect to my POS or inventory system?

2ndU keeps its own stock and order records that work standalone from day one, and the ecosystem's POS and inventory modules share the same database. If you run another system, there's an API — tell us what you use and we'll be straight about whether the integration is worth it.

Can customers pay COD or FPX?

It collects the order and drafts the payment request or invoice for your approval — including FPX where set up. Cash-on-delivery orders are logged with the delivery details so nothing is lost between the chat and the doorstep.

What about my Shopee and TikTok Shop customers?

2ndU is WhatsApp-first, which is where retail enquiries convert best in Malaysia. Marketplace chats stay on their platforms, but customers who move to WhatsApp get the same instant answers and land in the same customer record.

Will it blast promotions and get my number banned?

No. It replies to people who messaged you first, with no bulk blasting and no scraped lists. 2ndU supports Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, which is the connection we recommend, and promotions are only sent to customers who agreed to receive them.
