WhatsApp CRM

A WhatsApp CRM that fills itself in

Most CRMs fail in small businesses for one reason: somebody has to type the data in, and nobody does. When the selling already happens on WhatsApp, the CRM should be built from the conversation itself: who asked, what they were quoted, whether anyone followed up.

The AI drafts, you approve — nothing reaches a customer without your tap.

The problem

Leads live in personal chats

A customer was promised a price by a staff member who has since left. The promise, the price and the customer went with the phone.

Nobody knows who to chase

Twenty people were quoted last week. Which of them replied, which went quiet, and which are ready to pay is a matter of scrolling and memory.

The spreadsheet is always behind

Copying names and numbers from WhatsApp into a sheet is the first task dropped on a busy day, which is every day.

How it works

When an enquiry arrives on your WhatsApp number, 2ndU creates or updates the customer record on its own: the contact, what they asked about, what they were quoted, and every message since. Staff do not enter anything. The pipeline — new, quoted, waiting, warm, booked — moves as the conversation moves.

Quotations and invoices are drafted from the same record and wait for your approval, so the paperwork and the conversation cannot disagree. Every action is logged with who did it and when, which means a customer dispute is settled by reading the record, not by asking around.

Already have a CRM?

2ndU keeps its own contacts, deals and invoices, so it works on its own from the first day. If you already run a CRM you are happy with, there is a public API and API keys in the dashboard to push contacts and deals across. Tell us what you use and we will say plainly whether the integration is worth doing at your volume.

Straight answers

What is a WhatsApp CRM?

A WhatsApp CRM is a customer database built around WhatsApp conversations: each contact has one record holding their chats, quotes, orders and invoices, shared across your team. It replaces the mix of personal phones and spreadsheets most small businesses use to track customers.

Do my staff need to enter customer details by hand?

No. The record is created and updated from the conversation itself. Staff approve drafts and take over warm leads; they do not do data entry.

Can several staff use the same WhatsApp number?

Yes. Everyone works from the same customer records, so there are no double replies and no promises hidden in one person's phone. Roles control who may do what, and every action is logged.

Can I export my customer data?

Yes. Your customer data belongs to you and can be exported or deleted on request, which is also what PDPA requires a business to be able to do.

Pick whichever is easier. Your data stays yours. You approve everything. No lock-in.
