Conversational AI is software that understands a message written the way people really write — half a sentence, mixed languages, a typo, two questions at once — and replies in natural language. It is the difference between a bot that needs the customer to pick option 3 and one that understands “boleh hantar esok ke? how much for 2”.
On its own, conversational AI is only fluent. What makes it useful to a business is what it is connected to: your price list, your stock, your booking slots. Straight answers
Can the chatbot give wrong prices or make things up?
Not by design. Prices, stock and availability are read from records you control — the AI is not free to compose them. When a question falls outside what it knows, it says it will check and hands the chat to a human instead of guessing.
Does it speak Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese?
Yes. It detects the customer's language and replies in it — BM, English or Chinese — using the answers you approved.
